MAGAZINE TEMPLATE 3 (WHITE BLUE)

At the previous post, I have launched the Magazine Template 3 dominated with dark green. Many readers like the Magazine 3 template but after I read the comments from them, some of them such as Free Ads and ashu want the Magazine Template 3 have white background. To fulfill their wish, I have created Magazine Template 3 with white background at the post column and black at the text color.
