Last January 2009, a friend of mine taught me how I can earn extra income online, through blogging. At first, I was not that convinced that you can earn cash out of it, ‘coz your competing with whole world. But then, I got an eye opener when I found out that my US-based company is greatly affected by the crisis there. So, we did not have any salary adjustments, removed OT, no bonuses, delayed stock options, etc. This then forced me to give blogging and Adsense a try. At first, I was frustrated seeing zeros for the first weeks. But then, I just kept trying. For the month of March, I got my first Google check. I know, Google and Adsense may seem to be harsh on punishing many publishers at some time, but still if you think closely, they have helped a lot of people including.
Here are the top 5 reasons why I love Adsense:
5 - I have bought a new TV out of my Adsense earnings.
4 - I cleared out my maxed-up credit card in one payment.
3 - I’m earning more money from Adsense than my job (But I won’t quit it, blogging for me is just a sideline)
2 - Adsense took care of the expenses for the recent birthday celebrations of my two sons.
1 - My wife is getting birth this October, and as early as know, I have raised enough money for that time and for the baby.
